METALSERRA METAL CARPENTRY has a spacious warehouse provided with a 5 tons gantry for materials transport, a vast yard fit for loading and unloading of vehicles, also articulated ones.
The workshop splits into three main spaces:
– A bay for structures welding and pre-assembly, equipped with welders, band saws, punching and notching machines, pillar drills.
– The plate bay provided with 4000 mm oil-pressure shears, able to cut up to 4 mm on the machine overall lenght.
– The punching and pressure bending bay, fitted with a 5000 mm mechanical press with the insertion of moulds for plate punching and 6000/3000 mm long and 200/90 tons in weight oil-pressure presses provided with a numerical-check system for design bending of plates.
